Frequently asked questions

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Stourport-on-Severn and cover Birmingham, the Black Country, Solihull and north Worcestershire. The towns we have pages for are listed on this site, and if you are just outside them, call or message us and we will tell you whether we can come.

How do I get a quote?

Call 07585 303903, message us on WhatsApp or send the enquiry form. Tell us where the fence is and what you need. A photo of the fence and the garden helps. We will come back to you by phone or message.

What types of fencing do you fit?

Mostly closeboard and lap panel fencing on concrete posts with gravel boards. We also fit horizontal slatted screens, picket fencing, trellis-topped panels, timber gates and decking. Our projects page shows examples of each.

Do you take the old fence away?

Yes. When the job is finished we take the old panels and posts away with us, so you are not left with a pile in the garden.

Can I just have a few panels replaced?

Yes. We do small repairs and panel replacements as well as full boundary runs. If the posts are sound, panels can often be replaced on their own.

When are you open?

We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. We are closed on Sundays, but you can leave a message on WhatsApp and we will pick it up.
