A gate is only as good as the post it hangs from. Most gates that drop or drag have a post that has moved or rotted, so we set gates on firm concrete-set posts and fit them to match the fence.

Yes, as long as the posts either side are sound. We will check on the visit.

Usually yes. The cause is often the post, so we reset or replace it and rehang the gate.
