What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, area or postcode and message that you type in, together with the page you sent it from. If you phone or message us on WhatsApp we see the number and what you tell us.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and price the work you ask about, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form enquiries are sent to us by email and held in our enquiry records. We keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and any follow-up work, then delete it.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The map on the contact page is provided by Google, and Google may set cookies when it loads. Our WhatsApp and Google review links open services run by those companies, under their own privacy policies.
