Fencing contractors across the West Midlands

We are a fencing business based in Stourport-on-Severn. We fit boundary fencing, replace worn or storm-damaged runs and hang gates for homeowners across Birmingham, the Black Country, Solihull and north Worcestershire. Most of our jobs are closeboard or lap panels on concrete posts with gravel boards.

Pick your area below for the page that covers it, or look at our recent projects to see the type of fence we fit. If you already know what you need, call or message us and tell us where the fence is.

What a fencing contractor job usually involves

A typical replacement starts with checking the line of the boundary and who owns it, then taking out the old panels and posts. New concrete posts are set, gravel boards go in along the base so the timber stays off the soil, and the panels are fixed between the posts. Gates are hung to match the run. The old fence is taken away when the job is finished.

The details that change a job are ground levels, access for a vehicle or barrow, obstacles such as sheds and trees on the line, and whether the old posts are set in concrete. We look at these when we see the fence, so the quote reflects the actual job.

Frequently asked questions

What does a fencing contractor job include?

Checking the line of the fence, taking out the old panels and posts, setting new concrete posts, fitting gravel boards and panels, hanging any gates and taking the waste away. We talk through the details with you before we start.

Can you replace just a few panels?

Yes. If the posts are sound we can replace individual panels. If posts have rotted at the base, the better repair is usually new posts as well, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Which areas do you cover?

Birmingham, the Black Country, Solihull and north Worcestershire, including every town listed above. If your town is not listed, ask us and we will say whether we can reach you.

How do I know who owns the boundary fence?

Check your deeds or title plan and talk to your neighbour. It is general information only, so if there is a dispute take proper advice. We are fencers, not solicitors, but we are glad to fit what you and your neighbour agree.
